Our client is the Canadian gold standard in the Financial Services Industry. We at Raise are hiring an Enterprise Architect-Expert for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.

Responsibilities :

• Initial primary focus will be on evolving our capital markets GenAI framework and aligning it with the enterprise offering.
• This will involve collaboration with senior executives on design choices to ensure our domain requirements are incorporated in the target solution.
• More generally, you’ll help to form and communicate technology guidance to standardize development of commonly needed capabilities. For instance, work with SMEs within markets and enterprise to figure out what our API strategy should be, build consensus, document it on confluence, present it to senior leadership, and show dev teams how to implement it.
• In addition, you’ll review proposed architectures to align specific team requirements to high level goals of capital markets leadership and the bank. For instance, why are you ordering a physical machine instead of using internal cloud? Why are you using Redis over MemSQL? Why are you pulling X from BankingAppA instead of BankingAppB? Etc..

Must-have Skills :

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect, preferably within Capital Markets, with a strong understanding of capital markets products.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, etc.) and understanding of development frameworks and tools.
• Foundational knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they can be applied to business problems.
• Strong background in Cloud Architecture (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS) and designing scalable, secure, and performant cloud-native solutions.
