Position Description

CGI is seeking an experienced technology leader to support our evolving environment. This high-impact role focuses on technology strategy, modernization, customer success, and service delivery. You will collaborate directly with C-level stakeholders to define and guide IT transformation initiatives and architect modern infrastructure solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical advisor to enterprise clients, aligning business goals with impactful IT strategies.
• Lead enterprise architecture design and implementation for on-premises and cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application portfolios.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for infrastructure modernization and scalability.
• Work with clients and internal teams to shape transformation and migration strategies, technology adoption, and scalable IT solutions.
• Promote technology innovation by encouraging cloud-native services and automation.
• Provide technical leadership in solution design, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Assist in pre-sales activities by articulating technology strategies and delivery approaches.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and assess their relevance to client challenges and industry needs.
• Mentor delivery teams and architects, building client confidence through thought leadership and executive engagement.
• Represent CGI at strategic forums, CXO briefings, and industry panels as a senior technology voice.
• Lead design sessions, risk assessments, and technical deep dives.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• 12+ years in IT architecture, consulting, or technical leadership within enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
• Deep technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure, including data centers, cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, and hybrid IT.
• Successful track record in leading large-scale technology transformations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite executives.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in regulated industries.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences and foster consensus across teams.
