The Enterprise Architect – TaranDM Strategy & Adjudication Consultant will lead the strategic migration of adjudication systems to the TaranDM platform, aligning decision automation with business objectives across banking functions such as credit, claims, and lending. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in decision systems and business process transformation, providing thought leadership to drive regulatory alignment, operational efficiency, and successful adoption of TaranDM across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end migration of adjudication systems and business rules to the TaranDM platform.
  • Analyze current-state adjudication workflows and map them into TaranDM decision models.
  • Define and implement a strategic roadmap for decision automation using TaranDM, aligning with business transformation goals.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in adjudication and decisioning best practices across domains like credit, claims, or lending.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, compliance, business units) to support deployment, integration, and adoption.
  • Develop KPIs and value metrics to evaluate the impact of TaranDM implementation.
  • Lead training and change management efforts to support smooth transformation and stakeholder buy-in.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business strategy, process transformation, or adjudication within banking or financial services.
  • Proven experience in adjudication system migration to TaranDM or other intelligent decision platforms (e.g., Pega, Blaze, Drools).
  • Strong knowledge of adjudication workflows (credit, claims, lending).
  • Familiarity with decision automation, business rule engines, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute enterprise transformation strategies aligned with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to agile delivery methodologies and organizational change management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms and data governance principles.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98 / hour - $57.79 / hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
