QUICK SUMMARY of the role :

• The primary development languages are Visual Basic 6 and .NET (C#), including ASP.NET, MVC, Vue.js, Xamarin, WCF, WF, among others.
• Responsibilities include developing desktop applications, middle-tier applications, web portals, microservices, and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft products such as MS Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL Server 2016, Data Warehouse, etc., is essential.
• This role does not involve managing any direct reports.
• Full-stack development experience in Microsoft technologies is required.
• The initial project involves documenting and analyzing existing architecture.
• The candidate will provide architecture recommendations for current and future implementations.
• For major initiatives, they will collaborate with teams to analyze objectives and develop architecture strategies and solutions, encompassing Client/Server, Web applications, microservices, APIs, and Cloud computing.
• We seek solid experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture within the Microsoft stack.

Overview :

The Enterprise Architect will report to the Director of Innovation and Technology Solutions, acting as the primary architecture guide and coach. They will lead architectural engagements, provide expert advice on strategic directions, and develop architectural viewpoints, frameworks, models, and designs to evolve system components. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand enterprise-wide IT goals and strategies is essential.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

At least 5 years of technical leadership and enterprise software architecture experience.

Deep knowledge of architecture, application development, system design, and integration.

Experience with architectural frameworks, design approaches, and development methodologies (.NET, SQL/BI, REST/API, Microservices, SOA, EF, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML5, etc.).

Experience with both Agile and non-Agile processes.

Proven ability to construct architectural runways.
