Your role as Regional Account Executive, West

The mission of the Regional Account Executive will be to develop a go-to-market strategy for Alberta, to build the Dialogue brand and grow the Dialogue business. This includes managing mid-sized and larger/enterprise accounts, with full market coverage being essential for success. We seek someone motivated by the opportunity to positively impact Canadians' health.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the entire sales process: identify, qualify, capture, and close complex sales with companies having more than 2000 employees;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to create sales content and materials;
  • Follow a defined sales process and record all activities in our CRM to manage engagements effectively, including cross-functional collaboration with Medical Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.;
  • Leverage Marketing and Business Development leads, partnerships, and direct prospecting to generate sales opportunities;
  • Work closely with key brokers and advisors both locally and nationally;
  • Present Dialogue to prospective executives, both virtually and in person, with confidence and professionalism.

  • Passionate professionalism: You represent the brand with presence, passion, and professionalism in the highly spirited healthcare space, selling 'health' to top Canadian brands.
  • A mission-oriented mindset: You are committed to removing barriers to quality physical and mental healthcare, positively impacting the wellness of Canadians.
  • Experience with strategic selling in complex environments: At least 5 years of enterprise account sales experience, involving relationship management, sales skills, and storytelling, especially in virtual healthcare.

It’s even better if you also have:

  • Experience in health benefits or insurance industries;
  • Experience selling to HR, Operations, or Finance departments;
  • Experience selling to the public or financial sectors;
  • Experience using Salesforce.
