The Auth0 Sales Team

Auth0 aligns with Okta’s mission to enable safe technology use by offering a secure, reliable, enterprise-grade platform that secures billions of log-ins annually for consumer and SaaS applications. As an Auth0 Account Executive (AE), your role involves expanding territory through new client acquisition and nurturing existing medium-sized customers, supported by the Okta ecosystem, with a focus on consistent results and customer commitment.

The Enterprise Auth0 Account Executive Opportunity

The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-driven, experienced AE passionate about security and combating major identity threats.

Your focus will be on delivering value to Application Development teams (Engineering, Product, Security, Architecture), conducting sales presentations, site visits, and demos. You will represent Okta professionally to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, driving territory growth through new logos and relationship cultivation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop a strategic plan for long-term pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets supporting year-over-year growth
  • Create and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and sales opportunities
  • Engage with decision-makers in target accounts to build relationships
  • Negotiate and close deals to surpass revenue quotas
  • Leverage partners to identify opportunities
  • Build effective internal and external partnerships
  • Travel as needed to foster customer and prospect relationships

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 7+ years of success in selling sophisticated enterprise SaaS products
  • Proven ability to educate and generate demand among CTOs and technical decision-makers
  • Deep technical discovery skills appealing to developer communities
  • Strong technical acumen linking sales to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels
  • Self-confidence and humility to work effectively in teams
  • Experience with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler (we use MEDDPICC)

In Canada, the annual salary range (OTE) for this role is between $242,000 and $362,000 CAD, depending on skills and experience. Okta also offers equity, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, RRSP matching, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave.
