Responsibilities
- Develop prospecting and account plans to build rapport and create opportunities
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and gather business requirements
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to present the employer's software solutions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide management with activity reports as needed
- Build and manage executive-level relationships to drive long-term strategic value
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
- In-depth knowledge of the Western Canadian construction and infrastructure market
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex deal cycles
- Experience in generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner engagement
- Exceptional business acumen linking software solutions to measurable business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- Experience coordinating cross-functional resources, including customer success and partners
- Comfort operating in a high-growth environment while balancing new logo acquisition with existing accounts
