HP Canada is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead a select group of business accounts, develop and execute strategic plans, and drive growth across hardware, software, and services. You will elevate relationships to the C-level and key IT leaders, delivering consultative, outcome-focused solutions and ensuring adoption of HP offerings.
The role requires proven strategic account management, cross-functional leadership, and 10+ years of sales experience.
Job SummaryAs an Account Executive, you will be the primary account owner of a select group of business accounts. Your main goal is to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that help them achieve their business objectives. You will lead the development and execution of account strategies, working closely with internal teams, and the full pod team to ensure clients receive the best possible service and support with emphasis on outcome-based sales. You will elevate and lead relationships at C-level and other key Business and IT executives across the full portfolio. You will build and sustain strong, consultative long-term relationships by becoming a key IT / Employee experience transformation partner. You will host customer welcome meetings for smooth handoffs to delivery teams and ongoing contribution to successful adoption of services and solutions.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $176,000 to $210,000 annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity. As a full time, employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible to participate in the company's group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefits—will be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
