Job summary

Eastern Townships School Board, Knowlton Academy, seeks a Generalist teacher for Grade 3 & 4 with Resource support. This replacement contract runs from January 28, 2027 to June 29, 2027 and requires a valid Quebec teaching authorization or current enrollment in a Bachelor/Master of Teaching program.

Salary is per the current collective agreement, ranging from $54,119 to $105,432 annually. The workload is 100% under the supervision of the School Principal.

Qualifications

• Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a valid Quebec teaching authorization: teaching certificate (brevet d’enseignement), a teaching permit, or a provisional authorization.
• Be enrolled in a Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching program at a Quebec university (proof of enrolment will be required);
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the subject to be taught combined with relevant experience working with young people or adults.
