Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Online ESL Tutors to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach English to students based in South Korea through video and phone lessons. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time positions, we have flexible schedules to accommodate your availability.
Job Details:
⦁ One-on-one lessons
⦁ Flexibility to teach split shifts, including morning and/or evening sessions.
⦁ A minimum of 20 hours per week during these peak times:
1) Sunday~ Thursday 5 pm to 8 pm EST
2) Monday~ Friday 5 am to 11 am EST
⦁ Starting pay ranges from CAD 15-18 per hour with semi-annual pay raise evaluations.
Requirements:
⦁ Tutors must demonstrate English as their primary language of fluency
⦁ Bachelor's Degree or higher from a western institution (any major).
⦁ Windows-based / Mac computer with at least 2 GB of RAM.
⦁ Reliable, hard-wired (NO WIFI) high-speed internet service (minimum 10 Mbps).
⦁ Proficient with computers and internet usage.
⦁ Headset with a microphone (Logitech Clearchat USB headset recommended).
⦁ Consistent availability during peak demand times.
