Our services company is seeking an experienced English teacher and coach for both current and new employees. The candidate should be skilled in conducting one-on-one and group classes, both online and in person.

The role involves working with individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and language levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and update English courses to ensure engaging programs that improve students' real-world language skills.
2. Design and develop curricula for immigration, academic, and business needs.
3. Create teaching materials and resources.
4. Test, evaluate, and assess students' levels and learning needs.
5. Prepare students for official English language tests.
6. Conduct interview preparation sessions for individual students as needed.
7. Assess students' language needs and plan lessons according to course curriculum and progress reports.
8. Create an encouraging learning environment that promotes self-expression, reflection, cooperation, and leadership.
9. Evaluate students' progress and provide individual feedback based on progress reports.
10. Expand students' vocabulary for formal and informal situations through dialogues, discussions, role-plays, and outings.
11. Support and motivate students to self-correct and improve.
12. Offer constructive feedback to boost students' confidence in using English.
