Role Responsibilities:

1. Classify and label information.
2. Meet daily quality standards.
3. Adapt quickly to changing priorities.
4. Track, analyze, and report issues.
5. Listen to audio clips in English, identify and describe emotions and feelings.
6. Meet daily KPIs as set by management.
7. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Eligible to work in Canada.
2. Excellent English listening, writing, and spelling skills.
3. Legal age (18+).
4. Located in British Columbia.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8. Access to a computer and headset.
