Role Summary:

The Language Data Annotator will analyze data in the specified language and identify potential issues to help develop and enhance AI capabilities.

No prior experience or training is necessary; we will provide all required training.

Role Responsibilities:

• Classify and label information
• Meet daily quality standards
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Track, analyze, and report issues
• Listen to audio clips in English, identifying and describing underlying feelings and emotions
• Achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by management
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Role Requirements:

• Eligible to work in Canada
• Excellent listening, writing, and spelling skills in English
• Must be of legal age (18+)
• Located in Quebec
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Strong oral and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Access to a computer and headset
