Job description

Build a customer service career with one of Canada’s leading commercial & restaurant equipment service & repair companies.

This is a hybrid position 1-3 days in office. Your first 3 weeks will be physically in the office for training, and after that you’ll work partially from home and partially in office. Equipment will be provided.

This is a temporary to hire position, so long-term availability is required.

What You’ll Do
Answer incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Enter and process service requests in our system
Support the Service Department team
Manage customer requests from start to finish
Provide updates and coordinate with technicians and subagents
Handle warranty checks and COD payments
Jump in to help with other tasks as needed
What You Need
High school diploma
Previous customer service experience
Comfortable using ERP systems (training provided)
Good computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook
Fast typing and accurate data entry skills
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Excellent spoken and written English communication
