Job Description
- ■ Stationed at a high-tech factory (including semiconductor plants), responsible for the machinery on the production line, the processes, and the facility equipment (cleanrooms/mechanical/electrical/water supply/air conditioning/gas supply/fire protection/environmental protection/instrumentation and control systems) operation and maintenance.
- ■ Operations Supervisor/Engineer: Lead the operations department, plan operational strategies, manage operations, manage shift rotations for personnel, advance process technology and conduct training, compile standard operating procedures, review and analyze operational reports, manage abnormalities, and oversee process safety management.
- ■ Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer: Lead the maintenance department, plan equipment maintenance strategies, manage maintenance work orders, oversee equipment reliability, advance maintenance technology and conduct training, write maintenance procedures, review and analyze maintenance reports, manage maintenance contractors, failure analysis management, and ensure equipment safety integrity.
Job Requirements
- ■ Lively, active, aggressive and gregarious working attitude (strong teamwork skill)
- ■ Enthusiastic about learning, high stress resistance and high stability
- ■ Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials or related engineering fields.
- ■ At least 1 year of experience in equipment design, maintenance, operation, inspection, assessment.
- ■ Basic oral English communication skills and the ability to write reports and papers are particularly desirable.
