JOB FUNCTION

The Engineering Technical Associate plays a key role in Commercialization Engineering within our plants. Responsibilities include executing capability trials, assessing projects for risk and remediation, managing documentation flow, supporting line trials, and compiling KPI dashboards. The role also involves data analysis, report creation, and supporting validation and process optimization initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run trials to confirm component capability and quality with new suppliers
  • Assess projects and update BOMs, instructions, and perform risk assessments
  • Coordinate RFQ and quality history for transfers ensuring process control and quality communication
  • Support engineering operations with documentation, reporting, and data analysis
  • Manage documentation and sample flow for commercialization processes
  • Review reports to ensure engineering deliverables are completed
  • Compile and distribute KPI dashboards
  • Perform ad-hoc data analyses for decision-making
  • Create reports such as SPC, missing assembly, and OTC reports
  • Support development of commercialization and validation plans
  • Access and liaise with databases and other functions for data gathering
  • Coordinate validation processes and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal interfaces for data and report requests
  • Assist in process improvements and create meeting documentation

Qualifications - External

  • University Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Minimum 1 year in Engineering/Manufacturing environment
