Job summary

Suncor Energy offers student opportunities for undergraduates in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering. You must be enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program and returning to full-time studies after the term. Roles can be located in Calgary, Fort Hills, Fort McMurray, or St.

John’s with relocation support where applicable. Positions span 4, 8, 12, or 16 months starting January 2027; you will indicate location preferences in your application.

• This is a/an 4, 8, 12, or 16-month term commitment beginning in January 2027. You will be asked to indicate your availability in your application




• Potential locations for these student roles include Calgary, St. John's, Fort Hills (fly in fly out) and Fort McMurray (Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo). You will be asked to indicate your location preferences in your application
