We are seeking Engineering Students for our BC Region district located in Kamloops, within our Canadian Buildings Division, available for 4-12 months starting in September 2025. This position reports directly to the Project Manager.

Here's how an Engineering Student in our BC Region office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating work-specific scope/trades
  • Participating in project meetings
  • Conducting deficiency walks
  • Inputting/updating deficiency logs
  • Performing quantity takeoffs
  • Coordinating sub-trade work
  • Creating and updating schedules using SureTrak software
  • Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment; prior field construction experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency with computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and drafting is required.

Pay Range: $20.20 - $26 per hour

PCL determines student wages individually based on completed school terms, relevant work experience, role, and location.
