General Summary

Leads and manages the operational review, planning, and implementation for new products, product enhancements, and client-specific solutions at the district level using project management principles. Responsible for leading the definition, planning, and implementation of service expansion, new products, and new process projects. Leads the development and implementation of operation process re-engineering efforts and sustains Best Practices for Operations execution.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related quantitative discipline
  • Five (5) years of engineering-related experience
  • 1-2 years of project management experience (preferred)
  • Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Working knowledge of Business Objects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills for training and informational sessions
  • Time management and organizational skills for multiple projects
  • Problem-solving skills using sound judgment and analysis
  • Leadership ability to motivate teams
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Knowledge of Material Handling, CAD, and Business Object (preferred)
  • Ability to perform cost justification analysis
