Job summary

OZ Optics Ltd. is seeking a senior engineering professional to supervise technicians and engineers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee project delivery, coordinate with clients, and drive research to advance optical and electrical systems.

You will lead a team, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and contribute to the evolution of fibre optic technologies through applied research and collaboration with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in engineering research or development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
