Compensation ranges from the Engineering Intern level through Senior Engineer roles, with growth tied to licensing (PEO) and project leadership. Qualified applicants from Waterloo Region are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
• Eligible for registration as Engineering Intern with the PEO.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario or holding a Limited License with the PEO.

Responsibilities

• The Engineer will independently manage medium-size projects and support senior engineers on more complex initiatives.
• They will design capital projects, manage budgets, direct technical staff, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• The Senior Engineer will independently lead high-profile, large-scale projects and will be responsible for supervising multidisciplinary teams, engaging in high-level negotiations, and resolving complex project issues.
