Job Summary : The Engineering Outreach and Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering quality and culturally-relevant K-12 programming designed specifically for Black youth.The Coordinator will train and supervise Engineering Outreach Instructors to ensure ethical, respectful and culturally sensitive program delivery of the developed outreach programming through existing school board and community partnerships. The coordinator will continually work to form new partnerships with relevant community groups and organizations that share similar values.
Nature of work :
Reporting to the Engineering Outreach Manager, the Coordinator is a high-energy leader that has an interest in STEM, tinkering, making and designing.
