About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager, Product Led Growth to lead a team responsible for developing features that enhance product appeal and foster organic growth. You will collaborate with Product Management to run experiments for rapid prototyping and testing to optimize product configurations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hire, train, and manage engineers to support Product Led Growth strategies.
2. Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Data teams.
3. Manage team performance, define scope, prioritize work, and oversee delivery.
4. Lead initiatives, manage risks, and continuously improve team performance.
5. Maintain effective stakeholder communication and advocate for customer value.

Who You Are

• Experienced in managing remote teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Proven track record with high-volume user products.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and capable of technical stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Backend experience with PHP or .NET.
• Knowledge of cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with SaaS tools like Pendo, Segment, LaunchDarkly, etc.
