Quandri is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the 3rd Party Integrations team. This role involves driving integration efforts, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in engineering management and a passion for impactful software development.

About the Role:
As the engineering manager of the 3rd Party Integrations team, you will be responsible for leading a team that seamlessly integrates Quandri with key insurance systems, enabling our intelligence platforms and customer-facing products to take advantage of scalable shared capabilities. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will also contribute to building and driving a high-performing engineering organization that scales as headcount grows. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring other developers, guiding them to grow their technical skills. You will also be responsible for hiring new talent and training them to ensure they meet our high standards. We expect effective communication and ownership, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness. The ideal candidate is adaptable, curious, and driven, with a passion for diving deep into technical problems and a desire to make a significant impact.
Working with product managers, head of engineering, head of partnerships, customer success, and business stakeholders, you will drive impact through team health, operational excellence, and delivering against aligned objectives.
