Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Canada) Inc. is a leading building controls manufacturer. For over three decades, we have provided innovative building automation solutions for commercial, healthcare, education, and leisure facilities.

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager — internally titled Enterprise Manager of Room Control.

You will lead the Room Control Enterprise, driving excellence in product delivery, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee and contribute to the technical direction, specifications, and innovation of product development.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to build and maintain effective project teams.
  • Manage team.
  • Work closely with Product Strategists and Product Managers on long-term product roadmaps.
  • Support Sales teams with technical expertise on new and existing technologies and product enhancements.
  • Oversee critical projects and enterprise-wide performance metrics.
  • Generate and communicate KPIs, reports, and other performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the CTO to refine and execute strategic plans and new product development initiatives.
  • Evaluate and plan business cases from Product Strategy.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, team efficiency, and capital expenditure requests.
  • Partner with the CPDO to assess inter-enterprise dependencies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and drive SR&ED (Scientific Research & Experimental Development) reporting and execution targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • MBA or other relevant Master’s degree preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and industry experience will be considered.

Work Location : In Office (Currently 3 days a week, subject to change)

Salary : $95,000 - $125,000

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
