Copper CRM, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team. The successful candidate will manage onboarding processes and improve team delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This remote position comes with comprehensive benefits, flexible hours, and a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $195,000 CAD.

We are currently on the hunt for a seasoned Engineering Manager to join our Engineering Team. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who has worked in various types and sizes of SaaS organizations and has driven the maturing of younger engineering teams into a high-performing one. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the growth of Copper. We are a fun, down-to-earth, rosy brand that likes to provide insightful, thought-provoking content to educate, inspire, and to help businesses build successful relationships with their customers.

The compensation range for this role is between $180,000 - $195,000 CAD, depending on your experience, skills and qualifications. At Copper, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices that align with market standards.
