Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production-quality applications.
• Strong Python development experience with scalable, maintainable software.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing technical guidance to other engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to improve software development practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Python-based applications, services, APIs, automation solutions, and data integration capabilities within a cloud-first environment.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and production-quality software using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams alongside developers, data analysts, architects, platform specialists, and business partners.
• Improve engineering workflows by automating tasks, simplifying processes, and increasing reliability.
