PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Engineering Foreperson is responsible for inspecting track structures and roadbed for conditions that might endanger or delay trains; ensure compliance with maintenance standards; ensure compliance with regulatory standards; and where warranted, facilitate and/or supervise maintenance and repair of defective conditions.

This includes candidates participating in the Trainee Program who will also be required to pass a drug test during the training process before receiving final qualification for the position.
