Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op (Fall 2025)

Salary: $24-$25/hour

Co-Op Term: Fall 2025

Duration: 8 months

A Day in the Life:

-Audit Machinery Capabilities:Perform comprehensive audits of the capabilities of our CNC and other machinery to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.

-Develop Training Documentation:Assist in creating detailed documentation and training materials for new machine operators to ensure consistent and safe operation of equipment.

-Review and Improve Operations:Analyze current machine operations, recommend best practices, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

-Support Projects:Assist with various engineering projects as needed (ex. AI research and its applications in manufacturing etc.), contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

-All other duties as required.

What You Bring:

-Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary Engineering Program; preference will be given to candidates from industrial (and related) engineering programs.

-Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize deadlines.

-Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

-Proficient with MS Office Suite.

-Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and with CNC machines considered assets.
