Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of application integrations, databases administration, and application lifecycle management.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and digital solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with vendors, software contracts, or service providers.
• Experience with engineering applications or technical processes such as asset information management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for critical engineering and technical applications, including Bentley AssetWise, Hexagon Smart Instrumentation, AutoCAD, and related cloud hosting platforms and data integrations
• Support and maintain engineering and technical applications critical to Refinery and Midstream operations
• Assist with migration projects and digital initiatives, including application upgrades and integration
• Manage vendor relationships, service management and contracts to drive cost optimization and efficiency across the application portfolio
• Administer and support the Smart Instrumentation application and database, maintain the governing standards, and assure SI data integrity and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and innovative solutions
