A leading shipbuilding company seeks an Engineer for Production Norms to design and improve processes within their production environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and quality of shipbuilding activities, involving collaboration across engineering disciplines.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Engineer, Production Norms designs and plans processes, tools, and equipment needed for high-quality, efficient planning, construction, repair, testing/commissioning, and delivery of ships. They may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices. The role involves working within theoretical, practical, and/or lean engineering disciplines in a shipbuilding environment.
