Introduction:

We are expanding our Fab Operations (300mm fab) and are looking for Process Engineers, in this role you will sustain and improve process / SPC to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements. Process improvement to eliminate inherent process weaknesses to achieve company goals.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze SPC and ESPC charts using SPACE, annotate OOC events, and understand Cp/Cpk indices
  • Use JMP and Klarity ACE to analyze split lots, DOE data, electrical test results, and sort yield
  • Create and modify SPC charts, DCOP, and SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View); manage recipe uploads and compliance checks via RMS
  • Raise PCRBs, follow qualification plans, analyze data using relevant software, and ensure proper CR closure
  • Handle SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN updates; maintain documentation to meet TS16949 standards
  • Lead startup and qualification of new processes and equipment; collaborate with Equipment Engineers and understand R&R runs
  • Identify chronic process issues from passdown data, lead improvement programs, and establish CAS/procedures
  • Coach junior engineers on tool usage, troubleshooting, decision-making, and process understanding
  • Lead process window studies, tool matching analysis, and initiatives to reduce OOC and improve Cpk
  • Collaborate with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers to meet module goals; lead task teams for yield improvement and cross-fab benchmarking

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering
  • Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
