The Asset Management Branch is responsible for the cost-effective management of the City’s $20 billion public works infrastructure assets, carrying out or overseeing the provision of planning, analysis and needs evaluation specifications, and Request for Proposal (RFP) development, evaluation and selection.
You are responsible for developing, monitoring and evolving asset management plans for the city’s natural system assets. You lead and conduct studies to integrate the city’s natural systems assets into corporate asset management plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You also consult and engage with various internal and external stakeholders as the corporate expert in the management of natural system assets, and plan and manage related projects and initiatives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE4-year degree in environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering or other related field
8 years of experience in stormwater/water resources’ engineering or environmental engineering field
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENCES Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) KNOWLEDGEWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
