Job Responsibilities:
The Engineer-in-Training (EIT) position supports safe and efficient aggregate operations by managing production schedules, inventory, and budgets, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role includes coordinating mining and rehabilitation plans, assisting with special projects, and representing the site during government visits. The ideal candidate has an engineering background, working knowledge of AutoCAD, and is comfortable working in outdoor environments.
