Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior cloud engineer to help design and operate high-volume, AI-enabled cloud services. You’ll collaborate with top technologists to define architecture, deliver scalable, low-latency solutions, and mentor peers across teams.

The role requires a BS in CS and 6+ years building resilient Tier-1 cloud systems, with strong Go or Java skills, ownership mindset, and proven ability to drive technical decisions while communicating complex ideas effectively.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teams.

About the Role:

We’re building the next generation technologies which will power CrowdStrike for the next ten years. You’ll join a fast-moving team taking a blank-slate approach to scaling our systems and using AI to stop breaches.

Note: This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, NYC, or Toronto with an expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
