Pay Range: $76,800 - $115,200 CAD

This role is temporarily eligible for a pay premium above the posted salary range that is reassessed annually. Candidates are encouraged to discuss specific pay details with their recruiter. Job Description: Develops and maintains technical solutions aligned with engineering and architectural principles, meeting business requirements. Provides technical expertise focusing on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security, including planning, evaluating, designing, operationalizing, and supporting solutions in compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor ECM systems (e.g., IBM FileNet or other ECM platforms) for high availability and performance
• Proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve system issues
• Manage alerts and notifications related to system health and security
• Collaborate with IT and development teams for incident resolution and improvements
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning
• Provide analytics related to ECM systems like FileNet

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ECM systems and monitoring tools
• 6+ years of experience with ECM system monitoring and analytics tools such as Reveille and/or Dynatrace
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
