Key Responsibilities:

• As a senior member of the team, the Business Development Engineer will lead the development and execution of strategies that drive growth and optimize existing assets and operations. This includes:
• Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
• Developing and analyzing strategic options and presenting evidence-based recommendations to senior management and Executive.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.
• Creating and managing detailed action plans to bring initiatives to life.
• Preparing briefing materials and updates to ensure corporate awareness of strategic issues.
• Supporting the negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of a wide range of commercial agreements.

What We're Looking For:

• Confident interacting with senior officials from organizations ranging from small local companies to large multi-national corporations.
• Strong analytical, collaborative, innovative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
• Robust project management skills to enable timely execution of quality deliverables.

What You'll Need:

• An undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or accounting.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• An MBA would be considered an asset.
