Job summary

INNIO is seeking a detail‑oriented Engine Rig & De‑Rig Technician to prepare engines and gensets for production validation testing, and to complete post‑test de‑rigging and prep for the paint process. You will handle rig/de‑rig tasks, ensure proper setup for test cells, and support efficient progression to the next production stage.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to procedures, with reporting to the Test Area Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and thorough documentation are essential for compliance and quality.
• Safety-minded approach with strict adherence to procedures and records.
• Experience with mechanical or manufacturing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engines and gensets for production validation testing.
• Execute rig and de‑rig operations and ensure proper transition to the next stage.
• Log equipment and test data into MES and document non‑conformances.
• Perform inspections and safety checks during rig and de‑rig processes.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement efforts.
