Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Appropriate teaching certificate issued by the State of Arizona, including vocational certs and endorsements.
• Knowledge of PBIS or willingness to receive training.

Responsibilities

• Assist students toward intellectual, emotional, and psychological growth.
• Guide learning to achieve curriculum goals and establish performance objectives for lessons and projects.
• Assess students to determine progress and provide timely feedback to students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate permanent academic and attendance records for students.
• Counsel with colleagues, students, and/or parents regularly.
• Uphold school rules and district policies; participate in meetings and training.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Principal.
