• Willing to receive PBIS training or have PBIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist students toward intellectual, emotional, and psychological growth.
• Guide learning to curricular goals and communicate objectives to students.
• Assess students to determine if performance objectives are met.
• Plan study programs after identifying student needs.
• Use instructional methods and materials to meet objectives.
• Diagnose learning disabilities and refer to specialists.
• Evaluate student progress and provide required progress reports.
• Maintain accurate academic and attendance records.
• Counsel with colleagues, students, and parents regularly.
• Uphold school rules and district policies.
• Attend and participate in faculty meetings.
• Collaborate to plan instructional goals and methods.
• Assist in selecting books and instructional equipment.
• Maintain cooperative relations with others.
• Maintain professional competence and community involvement.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Principal.
