Engagement Specialist

(Permanent, Full-Time) - 1605

As an Engagement Specialist, you will take charge of developing and implementing engagement strategies with internal teams, external interest groups, Indigenous partners, and the general public.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

  1. Post Secondary degree in community planning, political science, public administration, communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
  2. Minimum three years' previous related experience in community engagement and public relations.
  3. Proficient in proofreading and grammar, as demonstrated through testing.
  4. Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence or equivalent.

$47.942

Hours & Days of Work
Monday - Friday:
8:00am - 4:00pm (Summer)
8:30am - 4:30pm (Winter)
Non-normal shifts may be required for event coordination or public engagement initiatives.
