Key Responsibilities:

• Chat with customers at an in-store kiosk and help them discover the energy plans that suit their lifestyle.
• Listen carefully to understand each customer’s energy needs and offer personalized recommendations.

• Assist customers through the sign-up process, closing sales while ensuring they feel confident and valued.
• Keep up with current promotions, rate changes, and energy trends so you can provide the best information.
• Be a positive ambassador for our client’s brand, driving sales and boosting awareness.
• Deliver excellent customer service that leaves a great impression and builds lasting relationships.

Qualifications:
