As part of our national expansion plans, Greenwave is looking to add to our team of energy management advisors.The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in managing key customer relationship and executing contract deliverables within the building operations industry.We are seeking an organized self-starter to help us deliver customer value while building and managing trusted relationships with our clients and external strategic partners.
What you’ll do
- Deliver unwavering customer support to help Greenwave clients unlock operational excellence by utilizing utilities consumption data insights from Greensense, our in-house energy management software, to identify and implement conservation opportunities through facility operations best practices
- Be the main point of contact on key accounts ensuring contract deliverables are met and that strong relationships are formed and maintained with our clients
- Complete and / or guide in the design of Greenwave’s energy sub-monitoring systems
- Coordinate sub-monitoring installation details between our client’s building operations and our external installation partners
- Provide and / or coordinate on-site sub-monitoring commissioning assistance as required
- Validate and analyze energy consumption data to identify conservation opportunities
- Lead in re-occurring client meetings to present recommendations and results to both executive teams and building operators
- Identify conservation capital projects and work with internal and external engineering and finance teams to project return on investment equations
- Utilize Greensense to measure and track energy conservation results in terms of both utility savings and carbon emission reductions
- Utilize Greensense to lead recommendations and set-up of predictive maintenance and conditional alerts with building operators
- Train and provide on-going support to clients on the use on Greensense
- Be the main point of contact for all assigned client’s needs
- Assist our sales team in providing technical presentations to potential clients explaining Greenwave’s solutions, services and value-add proposition
- Identify and promote product and building expansion opportunities with our sales team
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in working with external stakeholders in an account representative role
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Building operations and / or equipment maintenance experience would be considered a very significant asset
- Strong organization skills paying close attention to details Strong data analytic skills and technical software application experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite required
- A self-starter approach to building out processes and executing responsibilities
- A comfort working in a fast-paced, high growth, technical and constantly evolving entrepreneurial business environment
- A curiousity and willingness to learn new technologies, strategies and processes
- A high degree of integrity and trustworthiness

- This role is available immediately and will be based in Greenwave’s Regina, SK headquarters
