Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; graduation before start date.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Some positions may be remote while others may require hybrid or onsite at North America facilities.
• Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months and provide proof of insurance, with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• After successful completion of the Graduate Training Program, assume the responsibilities of an Energy Engineer in a predetermined office location.
• Convert data into actionable insight to deliver results for clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Analyze the economic impacts of utility company rate structures and supply-side options across diverse environments.
• Qualify client and opportunity, then outline preliminary and detailed audit scope analysis.
• Perform building “walk-through” and identify energy conservation measures in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
• Assist with energy simulation models and understand utility business operations and consultative, solution selling.
• Provide routine consultations to give insights into the client’s energy use, building operations, and asset management.
