What You’ll Do :

• Conduct energy audits and feasibility studies for homes and businesses
• Analyze energy performance data and recommend retrofit and upgrade strategies
• Provide clients with realistic, actionable steps toward achieving energy efficiency and net-zero status
• Collaborate with our platform team to integrate insights and reports into our digital tools
• Stay aligned with Canada’s latest energy codes, grants, and incentive programs

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience conducting energy audits in Canada within the last 3 years
• Knowledge of residential and / or commercial energy efficiency retrofit programs
• Familiarity with tools such as HOT2000, RETScreen, or similar
• Understanding of Canadian incentive structures and compliance pathways
• Strong communication skills — you know how to translate technical data into clear, client-friendly advice
• Independent, reliable, and driven by purpose
