In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Program Manager to ensure the successful delivery of programs in partnership with utility clients, community leaders, and local representatives.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing technical and building science aspects of the program, such as conducting home energy assessments, reviewing energy-efficient products and technologies, and ensuring quality assurance and control (QA/QC) for installations and data collection. You’ll also manage program analytics and reporting to help meet key objectives and energy savings targets.

Can be located anywhere in Saskatchewan. Must be willing to travel to remote northern communities.

You’re a great match if you…

  • Are personable, compassionate, and excel at communication, relationship building, and outreach - whether engaging with industry professionals or members of the public.

  • Understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by remote communities and Indigenous groups.

  • Have the ability to analyze large data sets and present insights clearly and professionally to partners.

  • Are capable of conducting home energy audits independently and effectively.

  • Possess a solid understanding of standard building science principles to support energy efficiency initiatives.

  • Have experience executing QA/QC protocols for field inspections and providing support to field staff.

  • Experience in client relationship management is an asset.

  • Direct experience engaging with Indigenous communities, along with a strong understanding of their needs and perspectives.
