Job summary

MNP Community & Sport Centre in Calgary is seeking a part-time Endurance Coach to deliver exceptional customer service while coaching endurance programs for the 3433 Sport Performance team.

You will lead group and individual coaching across swimming, cycling, and running, develop training plans, and ensure proper documentation and safety standards. Post-secondary degree in Kinesiology and CPR/First Aid are expected, with 3+ years of coaching.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Kinesiology or physical education.
• CPR and First Aid Certification complement education.
• Minimum of three years coaching experience.
• Preference for NCCP/CSCS/CSEP-CEP or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Position MNP Community & Sport Centre & 3433 Sport Performance as leaders in endurance coaching.
• Develop detailed training schedules for group and custom coaching.
• Provide feedback and maintain consistent client communication.
• Administer consultation forms and tailor programs to client goals.
• Lead group sessions (indoor cycling, swim, weight training) and ensure studio readiness.
• Submit timesheets and participate in program reviews.
