Job Description:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for an Endpoint Device Analyst to support the selection, deployment, and management of endpoint technology across healthcare facilities. This role involves travel across the province, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements, support device configuration and testing, and ensure optimal user experience. Responsibilities include lifecycle management, security compliance, documentation, and participation in testing, vendor assessments, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Travel throughout the province and on-site work will be required.

• Collaborate with CIS teams to support endpoint device selection & deployment across Healthcare Facilities within New Brunswick.

• Work closely with CIS resources, Operational teams, and Clinical teams during site visits across the province to ensure requirements of technology deployment are understood and documented.

• Participate with the CIS team on testing plans, disaster recovery plans, and clinical user acceptance plans for the endpoint and user experience solutions

• Participate with the CIS team during vendor assessments, requirements gathering, project life cycle and process improvement engagements

• Participate in testing and validation of endpoint device configurations

• Assist with hardware lifecycle management including procurement, imaging, asset tracking, and decommissioning.

• Contribute to user experience improvements through feedback gathering and endpoint tuning.

• Maintain endpoint security compliance through patching, antivirus management, and configuration baselines.

• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical instructions, and support processes.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal), with the ability to lead engagement, communications, requirements sessions, and training in both languages.

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Windows and Thin Client endpoints, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or equivalent).

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with presentation layer systems (e.g., Citrix, Horizon, AVD).

• Available to start work on or about the specified project start date.

• Must not be associated in any capacity (prime or subcontractor) with certain restricted procurement opportunities due to conflict of interest.

• Candidate must be located in the Province of New Brunswick.

Scored Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working with endpoint device deployments within healthcare environments, with a strong understanding of healthcare policies and practices (5+ years).

• Experience working with thin clients and virtual desktop infrastructure (e.g., IGEL) (5+ years).

• Proven ability to work with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels (5+ years).

• Experience with desktop imaging, application packaging, and remote troubleshooting tools for performance measurement and improvement (5+ years).

• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage both clinical and technical stakeholders (5+ years).

• Experience participating in vendor assessments, requirements gathering, project lifecycle, and process improvement initiatives (3+ years).

• Experience administering Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) environments (3+ years).

• Ability to manage and troubleshoot a diverse printer fleet, including laser, label, and prescription printers across clinical and administrative settings (2+ years).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams (3+ years).
