Job description

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Endpoint Analyst to join our Infrastructure and Shared Services Team. Based in Montréal, Canada, this full-time onsite role plays a vital part in fulfilling IT onboarding and device-related requests across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day PC and mobile provisioning tasks driven by Freshservice tickets, ensuring that devices are properly configured, secured, and delivered to users. This includes full lifecycle execution from order to configuration, deployment, remote onboarding via Microsoft Teams, and ensuring end-user signoff for successful handover.

You will support a fast-paced, collaborative environment that emphasizes user satisfaction, IT security compliance, and standardization of our endpoint deployment practices.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ticket Fulfillment & Provisioning: Manage Freshservice tickets related to onboarding, device replacements, and obsolete equipment. Ensure timely execution of each request with attention to accuracy and user satisfaction.
  • Device Setup: Order and configure PCs and mobile devices according to Lallemand’s standards. Apply the latest security patches, firmware updates, and operating system versions prior to deployment.
  • Software Installation: Install all required software packages based on the ticket and user role. Confirm license activation and successful configuration of tools such as Microsoft 365, VPN, and other business-critical applications.
  • Data & Profile Transfer: Coordinate with users via Microsoft Teams (or in-person when necessary) to transfer local data, settings, profiles, and ensure everything functions correctly in the new device.
  • End-User Signoff: Facilitate final user walkthrough to validate the setup, ensure proper access, and collect formal acknowledgment of successful deployment.
  • Inventory Updates: Log all deployments and returned assets in the ITAM system to maintain accurate asset tracking and support audit readiness.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a high-quality onboarding and device transition experience, acting as a key touchpoint between the Infrastructure and Shared Services Team and users in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
