The role requires strong communication, ROI awareness and hands-on leadership in automation strategy. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in test automation, expertise in integrating tools with test management

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-to-end test automation using UFT and Selenium.
• Develop automation frameworks from scratch with Java-based tooling.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/DevOps, STLC and QA metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy and architecture for QA programs.
• Define metrics and reporting for automation status and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation across the lifecycle.
